These terms apply to use of this website and enquiries made to Summit Property Care. A separate written quote or service agreement may contain additional terms for a booking.

Website information

Website content is general information. Service availability, suitability, scope, timing and price are confirmed before work begins. We take reasonable care with website information but it is not professional, clinical, financial or funding advice.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes rely on the information provided and may change if the property's condition, access, requested work or required materials differ. A booking is not confirmed until the scope, timing and payment arrangements are accepted.

Service boundaries

We provide domestic assistance, cleaning, suitable minor non-trade property care and practical home technology help. We do not perform work requiring an electrical, plumbing, gas, building or other trade licence. We do not provide nursing, clinical monitoring, personal care, community access or meal preparation.

NDIS and aged care arrangements

Funding eligibility and reimbursement depend on each person's plan, provider and arrangements. Customers and their authorised representatives are responsible for confirming eligibility. This website does not guarantee funding or reimbursement.

Payments, changes and cancellations

Rates, materials, travel or other agreed charges are confirmed before work begins. Please contact us as early as possible to change or cancel a booking. Any booking-specific cancellation terms will be provided before confirmation.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to losses that are reasonably foreseeable and directly connected with the relevant service.

Website text, branding and original content remain the property of Summit Property Care or their respective owners. External links are provided for convenience and are not controlled by us.
